How would you like to work in the kitchen of one of London’s busiest restaurants situated in the heart of Covent Garden? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, self-motivated Chef de Partie who is ready to take on the challenge!
Open since 2005, Fire and Stone is a unique casual dining experience, serving up delicious, handcrafted pizzas. The successful candidate will report to our Sous Chef and take responsibility for all aspects of the mis en place, as well as coaching and motivating their team throughout their shift.
We’re looking for someone who’s truly passionate about fresh product, and committed to top quality food presentation. Quality and consistency is key, and you should have a desire to exceed expectations in all areas of your role.
