Demi Chef required for busy upmarket Restaurant/Bar in the City of London.
Serving Modern European cuisine we require a Chef de Partie to join a professional brigade of six chefs.
• You will be required to have worked in a similar environment and be prepared to work conscientiously and to consistently high standards with attention to detail.
• Very organised and well-equipped kitchen.
• You will have sound communication skills and team building ability
• Be able to work lunch and dinner shifts when required
• Salary £19000 pa.
This is a Monday to Friday position – weekends and bank holidays off (unless a Saturday evening event takes place).
Situated close to Bank underground station.
