The Job Role:
SUSHISAMBA® London is an extremely busy, fast paced fine-dining operation, offering the most superior blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine.
The chef brigade is now looking for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join the successful team as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are seriously passionate and very enthusiastic about food.
You will work alongside the senior chef's within the brigade ensuring the quality and detail in the kitchen remains at an elevated level at all times. We hope to offer you an amazing opportunity to elevate your career working under the guidance of Claudio Cordoso, who's never too far from the kitchen.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience at Commis/Demi Chef de Partie level is required
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills with a willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
