Pastry Demi Chef de Partie - LIVE IN/OUT
The Royal Garden Hotel is a 5 red star hotel located in Kensington. We are looking for a talented Pastry Demi Chef to complete our brigade in the pastry section. Our pastry team is responsible for the preparation of all pastry items, using the finest fresh ingredients, for the hotel's 2 AA Rosette restaurant, room service, and extensive banqueting facilities.
Applicants need to have completed their NVQ 2 and 3 in cookery and have gained work experience within a similar establishment. Must be enthusiastic and looking for a career in the Pastry section.
