We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Demi Chef De Partie who has a background of working in a busy kitchen with fresh and seasonal food to join our kitchen brigade at STECCA, a new Italian restaurant in Hollywood rd, just off Fulham rd. Run by Stefano Stecca, well known Chef in London for the past 20 years. We cook simple and top quality Italian classic dishes.
The key responsibilities include management of a section during service, work well as part of a small team and have the ability to deliver consistent results under pressure.
The Candidate must have previous experience in working in different sections of the kitchen, working with fresh and seasonal food and be passionate about food with a desire to learn and work hard.
