Demi Chef De Partie required for our brunch restaurant in Hoxton. We serve a seasonal brunch menu 7 days a week, with influence from all over the globe.
In our kitchen, you'll be given the chance to work across all sections - pans, cold, bakery and hot plate. There will be great chances for progression, you will only work daytime hours, and you'll be a key part of our team.
You must be:
+ Hard working, driven and eager to forward your career within the kitchen
+ Happy to work across all sections and willing to work as part of a team
+ In possession of necessary health and safety qualifications
+ Knowledge of brunch cuisine would be preferred
