Demi Chef de Partie - 5* Hotel - West End.
Our client, an award winning 5* hotel located in the heart of the West End are recruiting for an experienced and talented Demi Chef de Partie to join this fantastic brigade.
The suitable candidate will have proven experience within 4/5* hotels or quality AA Rosette restaurants, as a Demi Chef de Partie or 1st Commis Chef looking to progress.
You will be passionate about good quality food, enthusiastic and have an eye for detail.
The position involves;

Working 6 Shifts over 5 days.
50 Hours per week, with any overtime paid.
Uniform provided.
