Demi Chef de Partie - Rubens
The kitchen team within Hotel 41 and Rubens at the Palace Hotel is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join its exciting kitchen brigade.
The Rubens at the Palace Hotel, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is a stunning four star deluxe property located in the heart of London’s Victoria. This wonderful hotel features 161 individually designed bedrooms and Suites, an established bar and lounge, two restaurants, one with two Rosette accreditation and nine function rooms. Hotel '41' is our most luxurious five star hideaway combining informal luxury with exceptional round-the-clock personal service. Each of the 28 rooms and Suites cast their own distinctive spell with fine fabrics, extravagant flourishes and the latest technology.
Key responsibilities of the Demi Chef de Partie will include:
• Being responsible for the day to day running of the larder section
• To help and work on any section when requested
• Checking deliveries in the absence of the Sous Chef and Head Chef
• Updating the freezer list
• Stock taking
• Ensuring that the sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
This is a full-time position with shifts between Monday and Sunday.
