We are a modern British/European restaurant in Crouch End, north London. The kitchen is run with a small team of 3-4 chefs per shift. The role therefore includes working in all areas of the kitchen and receiving training on bread making, meat and fish preparation, pastry and charcuterie.
As such we are looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for food and the drive to take their career to the next level.
