Pastry Demi Chef de Partie – 5* De Luxe Hotel – London
Our client a 5* De Luxe Hotel with a Michelin star restaurant is one of the last remaining family owned Hotels in London, and now looking for a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join their strong team of 30/35 Chefs of which 7 are working in the Pastry division
The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie will receive an excellent basic salary of £21,500 per year plus £3,500 service charge
The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie will be contracted for 48 hours per week over 4 days and have 3 days off
This is a fine dining / 1 Michelin British cuisine and operation, and the ideal Pastry Demi Chef de Partie must have a good attitude, be passionate about pastry and willingness to learn.
The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie will work with a supportive kitchen team; receive training and development from a fine dining and Michelin Head Chef, and most of all have the opportunity to work to the highest standards with lots of opportunities for promotion.
The ideal Pastry Demi Chef de Partie will benefit:
