Customer Services/Event COORDINATORS
Expanding event company is looking for (FULL TIME/PART-TIME) 'Customer Services/Event COORDINATORS' to support the continuous growth of the company and add to its future success.
We are looking for (FULL TIME/PART-TIME) 'Customer Services/Event COORDINATORS for some of the best London Restaurants.
The Key attributes we are looking for includes:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Professional manner
- Good communication skills
- Great personal presentation
- Good at understanding customer requirements.
Duties will include:
- Concierge type services
- Offering premium taxi services to the guests.
- Providing our guests with excellent customer support.
- Escorting guests from the restaurant to their taxi.
- Coordination of activities and much more.
We are looking for (full time/part-time-evening) 'customer services/event coordinators'
Part-time evening shifts are from 9pm-1am (thursday-saturday night)
Pay: £8.50ph for full time and £10ph for part-time.
Location: Central London (Bank Station and surrounding areas)
Second language (Romanian, Bulgarian, Russian, Hungarian, etc) an advantage but not a prerequisite.
Start Date: Thursday May 16th, 2022/ as soon as possible.

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.

-Dealing with Customer enquiries and complaints - Full training is provided and ongoing support.
