We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Customer Services Executive to join our dynamic and friendly team.
You will:
• Support and resolve customer queries via the telephone
• Administer insurance policies
• Deal with incoming queries via phone, email and post
Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential to being successful in this role. Full training on system and products will be provided.
This role is immediately available at an annual salary of £17,000 rising to £18,500 upon successful completion of a 3 month probationary period
