Warren Evans is a multi-award winning London based bed company with 14 showrooms across London and the South East. We have achieved fantastic growth over the past 5 years which we feel is due to our superior products and our very high levels of Customer service.
We are now on the lookout for an ambitious self-starter to join our expanding Customer Service team at our Camden based office.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Department is responsible for the management of the main company inbox and all of the web traffic including Customer Internet Orders.
The distribution and monitoring of all customer sales leads e.g. Enquiries, wood and fabric sample and brochure requests.
Acting as an intermediary between customers, other departments and showrooms to deal with and solve customer issues.
We are the first point of contact for all Departments and our 14 showrooms when dealing with customer, product, delivery, stock or Net Suite issues.
Responding to customer issues via phone, email, social media and written letter.
The investigation and resolution of serious customer issues such as damage to property.
We work closely with the Workshop, Delivery Department, Stock Department and Warehouse to investigate and completely resolve problematic or long standing complaints.
Completing individual customer logs, plus collating and logging all customer issues into database to monitor company performance.
Managing all customer Web Orders to ensure we avoid any potential problems.
Responding to and distributing positive customer feedback.
Job Specifications
The Customer Service Department operates 7 days per week including bank holidays.
Hours will be 10-6 on weekends and 9-5 week days.
We are looking for a full time team member – five days a week with two days off.
Days off will be subject to change depending on the needs of the department / business and will not necessarily run consecutively. As a norm, employees have one-week day and one weekend day off per week.
Full training will be given especially on Warren Evans' standard of customer service, investigating and dissecting complaints, web order procedures, product and construction and acting as an intermediary between customers, other departments and showrooms.
