We are now looking for a Commis Waiter to join our team.
Yumn Brasserie is located in Croydon’s Southend, Restaurant Quarter. The ethos behind Yumn has been to create an exceptional restaurant in Croydon for the local community.
Every effort has been made to ensure the customer experience is unique from the stunning decor, to the exquisite food, artisan side offers. We serve a beautiful range of bespoke and classic cocktails. Yumn boasts one of the most extensive cocktail menus in the area as well as having a resident mixologist, we pride ourselves on being the best- We want you to be too.
About you:

You must be a team player, and be able to work under pressure.
Be honest, punctual and reliable.
Ensure your section is always ready for service.
Prepare items to go to tables. (i.e Bread, Sauces).
Serve customers in a friendly and welcoming manor.
Assist the service team, by clearing and relaying section tables.
Work with the FOH team to ensure every customer has what they need.
Wash and polish table cutlery and crockery.
Follow basic food, health and safety procedures.
Keep all FOH areas looking there best by following a cleaning schedule.
Have good personal hygiene, always well presented.
Have a good command of spoken English.
