An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen at Lima in Fitzrovia the Peruvian Michelin star restaurant backed by Virgilio Martinez (fourth best restaurant in the world - San Pellegrino). We are looking for a part / time commis waiter to join the team to support the floor team and help continue to drive the restaurant forward.
We have a passion for food, drink and service which when delivered to an exceptional level can be beyond awesome. We are looking for like-minded people like us to join the team. You must have at least 1 year experience in the hospitality sector and should have a real passion for food and drink. This is an amazing opportunity for someone to train from a base level into a fully trained restaurant at a very high of service. A desire to expand your food and drink knowledge and to learn Peruvian cuisine is key and being a good team player with strong work ethic and experience in a similar role will be a major advantage.
You will be working 30 hours per week over 4-5 days and our pay rate is £9 per hour. Our benefits include having Avery well balanced and structured work schedule, 50% off your total bill in both Lima restaurants and we make a commitment to focus on your personal development and offer great incentives.
