We are currently looking for a Commis Chef to join our Kitchen team here at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park London.
The Commis Chef Colleague Restaurant will be responsible for the following duties:
• To compile the daily mis en place.
• To work under the direction of both the Chef de Parties and Sous Chefs.
• To prepare food for the colleague restaurant, including any special requests.
• To promote effective team work.
• To prepare all meat, fish, vegetable, sauces and poultry.
• To cook all food items as requested, serving as expected.
