We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.
Overlooking Blackheath, The Clarendon is a traditional 178 bedroom hotel, serving breakfast, lunch, teas, a la Carte and banqueting menus.
Candidates will ideally have 1 – 2 years previous experience working in a busy kitchen in London; have the passion to prepare dishes of the highest quality and a desire to acquire new skills. Previous experience on a grill section or within a rotisserie kitchen is desirable but not essential as relevant training will be provided.

The position is 40 hours per week. We are looking for someone with good experience the relevant qualifications, that would enjoy joining our team and working on our many busy functions and restaurant shifts. (Monday-Sunday) This position is a good platform to being promoted further within our kitchen.
The Clarendon is a independent hotel and prides itself on quality fresh cuisine, the hotel kitchen is very busy from Breakfast shift through to A la Carte and many functions and events.
