The person:
Our kitchens get busy, so having previous high volume experience is preferable
You’ll never compromise on Health and Safety standards and food hygiene
You’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to delegate effectively where appropriate
You’ll be passionate about what you do and an eagerness to develop with us.
The desserts are all made in house and changing with the seasons, the pastry chef will be involved in daily specials and development of the new dishes.
The job would suit an experienced Demi Chef who is ready to step up in a CDP role within a couple of months based on experience and performance.
