We are looking for 3x Commis Chef’s and above, with minimal 2 years experience in a quality establishment. The position is on permanent basis in one of our hotel near Islington
Job Responsibilities:
Food preparation and cooking responsibilities as directed by Head Chef
measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe to prepare soups, salads, gravies, desserts, and sauce, grill items in professional manner, also preparing breakfast. Must be able to explain ingredients in the menu and preparation techniques. Ideal candidates will be motivated, passionate and a keen interest in food is required. Two to Three years kitchen experience in hotel, restaurant or high volume food service facility.
