The Smoking Goat team are off to Cornwall this week to meet the farmers and fishermen we work with.
After that we're flying to Bangkok to learn as much as we can about Thai canteens, the food they prepare and the atmosphere they create.
Then we'll be back at the start of next month in Shoreditch to open our new restaurant.
We'll be smoking and grilling the meat and fish over wood and coals and serve them with big Thai flavours. There'll be craft Beers in frozen glasses, tasty wines from under appreciated regions and some weird spirits and liquers.
