Commis Chef

The job role of Commis Chef:
SUSHISAMBA® London is a fast paced fine-dining operation, offering the most superior blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine.
The kitchen team is now looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our successful team as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are passionate and enthusiastic about food.
You will work alongside the Executive Chef and the rest of the brigade ensuring the quality and detail in the kitchen remains at an elevated level at all times. The Ideal candidate for Commis Chef:

Previous experience at Commis/Demi Chef level is required experience working in a fast-paced environment Great English language communication skills with a willingness to learn Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards.
