We are an independent Japanese restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch. We are looking for a commis/CDP chef. An interest in Japanese cuisine is beneficial but not essential. We are looking for a committed fast learner to pass on skills to grow in our kitchen and restaurant.
Up to £10 an hour.
