Sous Chef and Trainee Chef

Mimosa is an expanding family business with 4 cafe and delis and an outside catering business.  We are based in Sound London and are about to open a 5th site and are looking for a great Chef de Partie to help us grow!  This role is specifically to support a new breakfast operation in one of our south London branches so it’s a 6am start with some weekend work as well but the rush is over by lunch so this would suit a morning person.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and is a great team player.  We would like someone with creativity who wants to make their own food and bring ideas and recipes.
We would like to successful candidate to speak conversational English and to want to progress and grow with us.  We cook Mediterranean and fresh food but will be willing to look at Chefs with differing experience.
Key Skills
•            Passionate about food with a desire to be creative.
•            Work well as with a team, we all get on really well!
•            A culinary degree or equivalent.
