The position
Asian cooking is undoubtedly, the fastest growing area in London restaurants.

Work and gain experience in an established Michelin starred kitchen which is at the forefront of evolving Chinese cooking.
Our menu combines Western and Eastern techniques with unique Oriental marinades and flavours.
Previous experiences with Oriental cooking is not essential.
