We are looking for a commis Chef
for a small artisan food manufacturer (not a restaurant)
£8.5/h -Basic hours 9am to 5pm (extra hours paid) Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
-Punctual
-Clean, tidy and organised
-Consistent, fast and meticulous
-Knowledge of food and meat preparation processes incl. Cooking
-Portioning
-Cured meat and smoked meat
-Strictly follow recipes and processes
-Daily preparation of customers’ orders
-Stock taking
Looking for someone willing to accompany the business’ long time development and keen to grow with the company (inlc. Salary).
