The role.
We’re looking for candidates that can support the senior management in ensuring quality products for our Events Kitchen. You will be preparing, cooking and presenting various gastronomical dishes suitable for different types of occasion and celebration.  
A chef de partie will ensure the efficient running of service, ordering and waste control, supervise presentation standards, and liaise with senior chefs to create new dishes. Full competence with health and safety and food hygiene laws is required. Coherence with administrative operations such as, docket procedures, stations, table numbers and food labelling is a must.
