Demi Chef de Partie – The Milestone Hotel
The Milestone Hotel is a beautiful five star hotel located in London’s Kensington, with a 2AA Rosette restaurant and fantastic bar area.
The kitchen is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join its award-winning and exciting kitchen brigade led by the Executive Head Chef, Alex Diamantis.
Key responsibilities of the Demi Chef de Partie will include:
• Setting up and running the larder section
• Being in charge of a section in the absence of a Chef de Partie
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• Making sure ordering is done correctly and on time
• Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
