Food concept to include small plates, meze and family style dishes with a team of 10-12 chefs based on a street canteen, homely cooked style with a modern twist, fresh ingredients and quality suppliers Min Requirements:* At least 1 years experience as a chef de partie and stable career* experience in either Persian, Iranian, Turkish, Lebanese or Indian cuisine is an asset but not required* experience in volume, upscale restaurant kitchens* Excellent spoken and written English* Excellent personal presentation* Enthusiasm and interest in this style of food food, sustainability and provenance You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
