Mora Restaurant in Leytonstone is now looking to increase their kitchen staff.
We are seeking a chef de partie or junior sous chef with the ability to be in charge of the kitchen.
The candidate must be able to work under pressure with fresh and quality ingredients, has to know how to prepare fresh pasta and must demonstrate general recipe knowledge of Italian main courses. Knowledge of Italian language is essential.
We offer a permanent position with standard working contract.
Salary offered depending on the candidate's skills.
