Chef de Partie, Pastry, Westbourne Grove Central Kitchen

·Planet Organic is a one stop shop for the very best in organic and natural products. In our stores we have dedicated food counters where our customers can buy organic hot food and salads to eat in and takeaway.
·Our Central kitchen provides food for our 7 stores in London.
·Our food offer is 100% organic, cooked from scratch we feed 1 million customers a year.
·Typical dishes we make include lasagnes, vegan stews, a range of freshly made salads and baked goods such as brownies and seed bars.
Location: Above our store in Westbourne Grove, near Notting Hill.
Our shift patterns are:
·If you’re fed up with working late nights in a restaurant, this is the job for you.
·You’ll be working 5 days out of 7 which may well include weekends and bank holidays.
·From 7am – 3pm.
You will be doing
·You will work in the pastry section in the Westbourne Grove store and various hot and prep sections.
·As well as cooking you will be assisting in stock rotation to ensure that wastage is minimised.
·You may also assist with stock takes.
·Follow health and safety and food safety procedures.

Salary: £9-10 per hour depending on experience and up to 37.5 hours per week.
