We have a great opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie wanting to join our London Event kitchen team at Absolute Taste, working in a vibrant operation producing modern seasonal home-made food in an award winning event caterer.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and produce. Who can consistently deliver exceptional cuisine throughout our events. Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef on all sections to maintain the high standard of cuisine, the running of the kitchen in his absence, train junior staff and ensure the quality is second to none. As well as working in our London production kitchen, the chef will need to support service during the event, the event could vary from a small canapé party in a private house to working at Silverstone F1 to working on Formula e throughout the world.
What we are looking for:
• Previous experience is essential
• Events background desirable
• Attention to detail, with ability to follow high standards
• Real pride and a passion for what you do.
• Equally adept at working with volume as well as canapes, and to bespoke fine dining events, the Chef de Partie will show passion, commitment and dedication
• Level 2 food hygiene is desirable
