We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie in Soho, London for an immediate start. We are paying up to £10 per hour as well as other great benefits such as:

We are a growing group of four unique, award-winning Peruvian restaurants based in London, delivering high quality, fresh food and exceptional service to our guests. Ceviche, Soho is a dynamic 80 cover restaurant serving lunch and dinner with a buzzy atmosphere. This restaurant was the pioneer of Peruvian food in London and excelled beyond 17,000 other restaurants to be listed as number six in Time Out’s list of top restaurants in London.
For the role of Chef de Partie previous experience as a Demi or Chef de Partie would be preferred and you would be responsible for:
-setting up and running a section during service
-supporting the Head and Sous Chefs
-Developing and leading the commis chefs
