We are looking for a chef de partie full time or part time with gastro pub experience who can run a shift by himself.
You will work closely along side the head chef to help run the kitchen and maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation. Your duties will include filling out daily paperwork for the kitchen and hygenie practices.
