We opened Strut and Cluck last year following a residency at Shoreditch House. We're based in the heart of Shoreditch, serving fusion Eastern Mediterranean dishes inspired by the owners' home cooking. Our menu focuses on roasting and grilling ingredients that are full of goodness and seasoned with the herbs and spices of our childhood.
Within a short period of time we've become the go-to place in Shoreditch for an inspiring foodie experience, and our social media following has grown rapidly alongside. We will be debuting in Taste London this winter and opening our sister restaurant in Marylebone in early 2022. This is a great time to join our growing team!
We are looking for experienced Prep Chefs and CdPs who are passionate about food and want to familiarise themselves with new ingredients, recipe combinations and cooking techniques.
