The Elgin in Maida Vale is open early till late for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch or roast. We work with brilliant, local suppliers to bring our guests the best product possible. We're passionate about fresh, seasonal, quality food and creative cooking.

o   You’re positive, you care, you’re self-motivated and you want to be part of a team.
o   You have at least 2 years experience in a busy kitchen.
o   You have an appetite for good food and drink and a love of the London hospitality scene.
o   You’re passionate about good, fresh food and have a genuine desire to learn and give people a good time.
o   You have drive to develop professionally and help ULG grow.
o   You have the legal right to work in the UK and a good grasp of written and spoken English.
