We are looking for an energetic and passionate Chef de Partie, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an established, high turnover kitchen.
Salary is £23,000 to £25,000 depending on ability.
Average working week is 7 shifts with 2 days off. Overtime is paid if worked
GOAT, a busy and lively independent Restaurant and Bar over 3 levels, on the Fulham road in Chelsea.
Our style of food is Contemporary Italian, with a few personal favourites thrown into the mix.
We aim to increase the focus on seasonal fresh ingredients from Italy, and anything weird and wonderful that tastes great.
We like simple concept dishes, with a high visual impact and great flavour combinations.
