BISTROTHEQUE are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their small, tight knit kitchen team in Bethnal Green.
THE JOB
• We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie
• Weekly Rota will be made up of a combination of service, prep and private dining room shifts
• 5 shifts per week, 2 days off
• Work in a bright, open kitchen overlooking the main dining room
THE CANDIDATE
You should;
• be ambitious and looking to take the next step up in your career
• be confident in both prep and service in your section for shifts of 200 + covers
• be keen to learn and aim to produce the best work possible
• have good knowledge of food preparation and food safety
• have a passion for producing fresh, light and innovative dishes
THE RESTAURANT
• Open for 13 years in an ex-garment factory, Bistrotheque is a smartly dressed room in a stripped our warehouse
• Democratic modern British menu inspired by French bistro classics
• Our main dining room seats x 100 covers
• Our private dining room seats x 100 covers
• We serve Dinner: Monday - Friday
• We serve Brunch and Dinner: Saturday - Sunday
• Located between Bethnal Green and Hackney
• 2 minute walk from Cambridge Heath overground station
• 8 minute walk from Bethnal Green tube station
