Cambridge Street Kitchen is a bustling all day restaurant located in Pimlico just minutes from Victoria Station. From an open kitchen Michelin trained head chef Elliot Miller serves an inventive menu showcasing the very best of Britain’s seasonal ingredients with Asian/ Scandinavian influences.

Main Responsibilities
• Maintaining your assigned station in a clean and orderly manner at all times
• Follow standard recipes and minimizing waste to ensure that the restaurant food cost is in line with budget.
• Ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times and that dishes are prepared according to standard
• Training colleagues as necessary in the preparation and presentation of dishes
• Working with the Head Chef Elliot Miller to develop new menu ideas
We Want You If …
• You are super passionate about food.
• You have lots of personality, character, charm and you are a people person.
• You get things done.
• You have 2 years experience working as Chef de Partie or Commis in a restaurant of good standard.
• You have great knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices
• You are flexible: you don’t care for the 9 to 5 life and aren’t afraid to jump into work at any moment.
• You desire to make a difference to others.
• Your glass is half full, always.
• If we get Stuck in a lift with you, we’d enjoy your company
