Due to expansion, CDP required for busy cafe/deli and production kitchen.
Creativity, flexibility and professionalism essential, as is pastry experience and the ability to prepare several seasonal, modern and healthy salads for our salad bar daily. You will be required to run the kitchen two days a week during Head/Sous Chefs holiday. Understanding of ordering and costings an advantage. In return we offer 5 straight day shifts per week with a weekend day off as well as one in the week. Daytime shifts only, meaning this role will appeal to someone not wanting to work evenings.
