We are looking for a confident and dedicated chef de Partie with experience to join our team lead by skilled Italian head chef in an Italian kitchen.
Our restaurant is situated just minutes from Victoria station and Pimlico station, offering quality and style, a mix of modern and traditional dishes with a friendly and attentive service.
The ideal Chef de Partie should have:
Current / previous experience as a Chef de Partie and the running a section in a busy kitchen.
Communication skills.
Willingness to work and be supportive.
Supervise a section of the kitchen.
Ability to work under pressure.
