The Bolingbroke is currently looking to hire a part time chef de partie to work the grill section.
You will be required to work approximately 5 shifts a week (30 hrs).
The candidates should:
- have at least 6 months experience in a busy kitchen
- have a passion for seasonal food and produce
- possess a positive attitude and good communication skills
- have very good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food preparation
- hold a valid work permit
