Are you an experienced Chef de Partie looking for an opportunity to work in a private members club?
Here at Neway International we are seeking a Chef de Partie to work in a Private Members Club in Mayfair, central London on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be working 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends), 40-45 hours a week.
You will need to be able to work independently at times and be strong in a la Carte service. experience serving upmarket bar food is essential. There will be both lunch and dinner shifts so flexibility will be required.
Requirements:
- full chef's uniform and knife set
- experience working in 4 and 5 star establishments would is required
- Health and Safety Certification
- hardworking and passionate about working in the hospitality industry
