An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de partie for our newly opened pub and kitchen. The pub has undergone a full refurbishment of the building, which includes a brand new fully equipped kitchen. We have had some excellent reviews and recently won the Best British Roast Dinner 2022 competition for the south of England.
We are looking for a Chef de partie that is creative and passionate about food and who thrives on producing dishes using excellent quality, seasonal produce. We give our chefs free-reign over the menu, all we ask is that a few pub classics remain as Staple on the menu. We also require bread to be baked daily and our ice creams to be made in-house.
The successful candidate will need to be a team player, who fits in well with our fantastic kitchen and front of house staff. From past experience, we know that a happy kitchen is a productive kitchen, and we want to create an enjoyable environment for everyone to work in.
A great opportunity to learn from our extremely talented Head Chef. This is the second pub in our group and we are looking to expand further, so there is a great opportunity for career progression.
Candidates must:
Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional dishes in a time pressured environment.
Work well as part of a team both in the kitchen and front-of-house.
