We are looking for Chef de Partie (3 x Positions), with minimal 2 years experience in a Hospitality Industry. The position is in a hotel near Angels.
Job Responsibilities:
• Food preparation and cooking responsibilities as directed by Head Chef
• Ability to measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe to prepare soups, salads, grill, burgers, gravies, desserts, and sauce in professional manner, also preparing breakfast.
• Must be able to explain ingredients in the menu and preparation techniques.
• Ideal candidates will be motivated, passionate and a keen interest in food is required.
• Managing and training any demi-chef or commis working with you
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules
of health and safety
