Chef de Partie - Monday to Friday - British cuisine Working for this quality private members club in the heart of the West End, they are recruiting an experienced and talented Chef de Partie to join their fantastic restaurant kitchen brigade.The successful candidate will have proven experience within Modern European/British cuisine, ideally within private members clubs/hotels/restaurants.You will be enthusiastic, passionate about good food, flexible and have an eye for detail. * The position involves working Monday to Friday * £23,000 plus overtime after 40 hours and bonus * Straight Shifts - 8am to 4.30pm or 2pm to 10.30pmImmediate start available.
