Serving a modern European brasserie - style menu from brunch through to dinner, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie or strong Demi-chef de Partie to take their career to the next level.
Candidate profile
- As Chef de Partie you will have a strong and stable foundation in a restaurant or hotel environment.
- The ideal Chef de Partie will be a good communicator, reliable and a team player.You will possess excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
