The candidate will be required to run a section as required and mentor the junior chefs to ensure that the high standards and quality expected in a Michelin starred restaurant are always maintained The Executive head chef has an extensive background in multi Michelin restaurants and has previously gained 2* Michelin before moving to this restaurant and is pushing to this standard The successful applicant must have CURRENT experience in a Michelin kitchen as chef de partie and with proven work stability.
