The role:
As chef de partie you will run a section in the 2 Rosette restaurant. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties of a 5 star hotel chef de partie role.
The commis chef will also work within the 2 Rosette kitchen and it will include all the normal 2 Rosette duties.
experience:
For this chef de partie position we are looking for a 5 star hotel background and 2 Rosette experience. For the commis chef position we are looking for a commis chef with current experience as a commis chef.
