Bloomsbury Coffee House is a family run award-winning coffee house in Central London serving Allpress coffee and homemade brunch, lunch and cakes every day.
We are searching for a Chef de Partie to join our busy, friendly kitchen team to carry out all aspects of food preparation, cooking breakfasts to order, working with the team to plan the lunch menu each day, ordering and accepting deliveries (paying attention to seasonality) and keeping your own work space hygienic and clean.
Working underneath the Head Chef, there is a strong team ethic here and you will be required to work at least one day of a weekend. There will also be times when you will be working autonomously, so being highly organised and enthusiastic is a must!
The shift starts at 7am or 8am and finishes at approximately. 3pm or 4pm, on weekends we close earlier. The back and front of house team are very friendly and helpful and we are looking for a chef who can fit well into this environment. We are looking for someone with a good level of spoken English and also their Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate.
