We need a Chef de Partie to join our brand new London delivery concept called Twisted London, off the back of our successful social media page, Twisted Food.
With over six million people following every recipe Twisted Food post, we want to bring our innovative and delicious creations to the masses. We've built a commercial kitchen in order to start a food delivery service in London, so we need a team of experienced chefs to create menus that are both imaginative and profitable, including a la Carte and daily specials.
We're offering a generous £22.5k salary based on experience + overtime

This is far from your basic delivery chain, you’ll be cooking innovative dishes, some never seen before, so there will be plenty of involvement from you in menu development keeping abreast of growing food trends.
As a social media company at heart, we’re not going to be your traditional food outlet so the chance to be part of a brand new concept should excite you.
Some of the skills you need
An understanding of worldwide and emerging food trends on social media and online
Energetic and creative with a passion for food to create this exciting new venture
An out of the box thinker who's not scared to try new food concepts
Previous Chef de Partie experience
Worked in a similar quick service fresh food restaurant or retail concept
Running your own food blog or food social page is a big bonus!
experience with different cuisines and cooking styles including vegetarian, vegan and healthy options
Excellent and innovative culinary presentation skills
A forward-thinker who can prevent wastage
Some of the responsibilities
Responsible for food production and ensuring that menu dishes are prepared to a high standard
Leads kitchen team in chef's absence
Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating
Oversees and organises kitchen stock and ingredients
Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance
Keeps cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours
Helping to maintain the kitchen department including, cleanliness food costs, ordering, hygiene and health and safety
Bonus points
Pastry cooking experience
Pre opening experience
experience working w/ Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Seamless, Just Eat or some of the above.
